Language of the Event
French; nevertheless the full texts, oral presentations and posters may be given in English. The abstracts will be issued in both languages.
Location
Aix-en-Provence is located at about 30 km from Marseille in the South-East of France. The event will be held at the Aix-en-Provence « Palais des Congrès » located at a 5 min walk from the historical town centre, an ideal site for staying in the heart of this famous town, at the beginning of the summer season.
Accommodation
A number of hotels exist in the town centre and will be proposed in the programme. Lunches, included in the fees, will be taken in typical town centre restaurants. A reception and an Official Dinner will be provided.
The Hotel Booking Service at the Tourist office in Aix-en-Provence has pre-booked hotel rooms in the town. This free service is made available to insure your hotel reservation.
As there is a high level of tourist activity in June in Aix-en-Provence, I strongly recommend that you send back the hotel registration as soon as possible.
To benefit from preferential tariffs, the hotel inscription form should be sent back before the 6th of May 2011. After this date, no guarantee of availability or tariff can be made.

Travel arrangements
By air
shuttles every 30 min between Paris and Marseille International Airport located 22 km from Aix-en-Provence. The journey from the airport takes about 30 min by bus or taxi.
By train
the High Speed Train (TGV) Paris-Marseille allows the new TGV Aix-en-Provence station to be reached from Paris in 3 hours. There is easy access to Aix-en-Provence center from the TGV station (10 min by bus or taxi).
