Before registering, please read carefully the following information
A/ Registration fees (VAT 19.6 % included)

(1) Student card must be provided
These fees include:
- admission to the oral and posters sessions and exhibition,
- coffee breaks, lunches and cocktails,
- program, list of participants, proceedings, exhibition guide.
Gala dinner is not included in the registration fees (100 €/pax).
B/ Cancellation
A refund of 50% of registration fees can be made if a cancellation request is sent before May 30th, 2011. No refunds will be granted after this date.
